Life moves so fast with kids. Whilst it sounds like a cliche, it really feels like the time with little people rushes by us and they grow so quickly right in front of your eyes. We’ve learnt this first hand with our own two. This is one of the reasons that we love photographing families. It is an opportunity to create a little time capsule of your family life that allows you to look back on in years to come and re-live the feelings of these fleeting moments.

Frequently Asked Q’s

  • Our main advice here is to wear something that reflects you and that you feel comfortable in.
    We do suggest that you don’t wear anything with large logos or pictures.

  • That’s no worries at all. We can chat to you about the sort of feel you are after. Toowoomba and the surrounds has many beautiful spots and we are always happy to suggest some of our favourites.

  • All of our family sessions are captured by Bec. She honed her photography skills when our own two kids were little and has loved capturing family sessions for nearly 10 years

  • Of course!

    We do families of all ages. Teenagers, adult children, we have done it all. Sometimes our family sessions are an extension of a family get together, so they take the opportunity to document the occasion.

  • We don’t know what you are talking about?? Kids always cooperate…we know that’s far from the truth. This does happen from time to time, we understand that getting photos is probably the last thing your kids want to be doing.

    We suggest coming to the shoot with full bellies, extra snacks, and maybe even a little bribe of a treat afterwards if that works.

    A lot of the session will be you interacting and playing with the kids to help them forget that they are having their photo taken. This creates all the little beautiful moments we love to capture.
